New Challenge

Hello Everyone!!! It's Thursday again. Can't believe how fast these weeks are flying by!!! Anyway, it means that it is time for a new challenge. Are you ready? It's an easy one...

I always struggle with making cards. I actually much prefer to make a scrapbook page. I avoid making cards as much as I possibly can. But, my Walk in the Garden kit was screaming to have atleast one card made out of it. So... that is my challenge. Make a card. Make a few. Make a lot! Bundle them together and give as a gift! Whatever you would like to do! It is a great way to use up those bits and pieces left from your kits! ;)

Here is the card I made...I pulled a doily and some organza ribbon from my stash to go with these pretty Echo Park papers. I also used a sketch from somewhere. I can't remember where though. Sassy Lil Sketches maybe? I really like how this turned out and it helped to have a little inspiration and direction from a sketch for me as well.

Challenge time!!

It's Thursday again!!!! How can that be?? My July is slipping away!!! Yes, Michelle here again with my challenge for you. It's an easy one too. I know the summer is keeping us all busy. So, my challenge is.....

...to use stamps on your LO. Sounds easy, right? Well, there is a twist - use paint to stamp with. A great way to use those daubers we got in our fun kits! I know there are alot of us that have them and are addicted to them. If you don't have any paint, no worries. Just stamp on your LO.

  I used an Ali Edwards Technique Tuesday stamp and stamped on the journal cards with the paint in our kit. I love that stamp, and my sweet girl still does make me smile. These are old photos from about 9 years ago. I also used one of Trish's sketches from Sketch Inspiration.
