A Recipe Challenge

Happy Thursday everyone! Michelle here. I had so much fun with Aphra's and my recipe challenge last month, I thought I would do it again!! It is so much fun seeing what all we can add to our pages, what techniques and tools we can use.

This month's recipe is... use any three of the following:

• Use a fall photo
• Dig out those embossing folders. Try using them on a chipboard piece!
• Use two colors of cardstock
• Use rub-ons. I think that sometimes can be one of those items we tend to forget to use.
• Punch a border
• Use teal, orange and brown
• Mist somewhere on your page, be it the whole page or a mask or an item adhered to your page.

OK... so I pretty much used everything in my recipe!!! :) You don't have to. You can choose only three if you like. I love how this came out. I love the fall photo of my mums. The Autumn Splendor kit and add on couldn't have been anymore perfect!! The misting of the kraft cardstock added and extra little something to what would have otherwise been a pretty plain background. I love the texture that embossing a few chip pieces added. It is amazing what a few little things can do to add some oomph to your project.
